IESA Girls Scout Daisies and Boys Scout Army Goes on Its Christmas Outreach Programme

On Tuesday 20th December 2017, IESA’s High School pupils who are
cadets of the Girls Scout Daisies and Boys Scout Army went out into
the community of Triechville to distribute food hampers to
underprivileged families of Treichville.

A total of 50 families were
reached out to under this initiative. Food for this project was collected through the generous support from Parents who helped their kids take the LEAD 2 FEED challenge as part of the High School’s World Food Day celebration on 16th October 2016 as well as the school’s own contribution.

Also present for their generous support were CEO/Founder Petrina Dioulo (Mrs.), High School Director Anjolie Okoye (Mrs.),
Communication Advisor Geoffrey Baillet (Mr.), Scouts Supervisor Francine Masuka (Mrs.) and IT/Media Relations Officer Kwame Dwumah (Mr). This was to mark a close to the schools Christmas festivities that took place the previous weekend. Scouts and staff present also shared a meal with the underprivileged children.
